The State Company for Iraqi Fairs and Commercial Services  a subsidiary of the Ministry of Trade in  the Republic of  Iraq announces the implementation of the  manufactures & suppliers  to the Republic of Iraq registration program in cooperation with  the German company TUV Rheinland to verify companies and factories existence and to check the good manufacturing process implemented by those manufactures & suppliers  and to check its capabilities and qualifications and to verify its licensing which qualify them to export , furthermore to  register their products and to verify the authorised agents and distributors in order to participate in protecting Iraqi consumers ,all importers , agents and distributors , in addition the program will verify the  correctness of country of origin of all  goods exported to Iraq  which are listed in the import licence as a result a reliable data base will be created for the benefit of Iraqi Ministry of Trade and for public and private sectors.

 manufactures & suppliers  to the Republic of Iraq registration program will be effective on 01/10/2020 as per a time frame for all goods based on the nature of goods , A certificate of registration will be granted by TUV Rheinland for the registered manufactures & suppliers  , this certificate of registration is a mandatory document to issue an import license by The Iraqi Ministry of Trade .

All importers are kindly requested to notify factories and companies exporting to Iraq to apply for a certificate of registration in accordance to the Regulations and instructions listed by the Iraqi ministry of Trade / The State Company for Iraqi Fairs and Commercial Services .
